What this site is
This site describes automation and software work I do for small businesses, and links to three systems you can operate yourself. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Prices shown are typical project bands. A binding number only exists once a spec has been agreed in writing.
The demonstration systems
The intake agent, source-check and the lead-flow demo are provided as they are, for evaluation, with no warranty and no guarantee of availability. They may change or go offline without notice.
Do not submit real personal information, confidential material, or anything you would mind seeing in a public log. Submissions are purged on a short schedule, and the businesses shown in the demonstrations are fictional unless a page says otherwise.
Paid work
Any project is governed by its own written agreement: a spec, a fixed price, and payment terms, all agreed before work starts. That agreement controls wherever it says anything different from this page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the demonstration systems. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
