Milliken Automation.

Software that answers the phone at 2am and books the job.

I build custom automation for small service businesses: intake, scheduling, follow-up, and the wiring between the tools you already pay for. You get a fixed price and a written spec before I build anything.

01 Try it before you believe it

Everything below is running in production. Open one and try to break it.

01 / Live

Intake agent

It answers at 2am, knows which towns you cover, and books the job. When it cannot help, it says so in plain words and hands over your number. Every decision it makes lands in a log you can read.

  • Conversational intake
  • Slot booking
  • Service-area rules
  • Public decision log
02 / Live

Source-check

Paste a source document and a draft. Every checkable claim comes back with a verdict and a link to the sentence it was judged against.

  • Claim extraction
  • Arithmetic recompute
  • Shareable receipt
03 / Live

Lead-flow demo

Submit the form with made-up details and watch the chain fire. The lead is recorded, the owner is alerted, and if nobody touches it in 24 hours the system chases it. Every step is timestamped in a public log.

  • Form to CRM
  • Instant alerting
  • 24-hour chase
  • Public test log

02 What I build

Four ways work goes missing before you ever see it.

After hours

Intake and booking that answers

Someone lands on your site at 9pm, or calls while your van is already on a job. They get answered, qualified and booked before you have finished the one you are on.

Lead handling

Enquiries that reach a person

Web form, phone, email, whatever else you use. All of it lands in one place, pings the person who can act on it, and chases itself if nobody does.

Wiring

The tools you already pay for, talking

Scheduling, CRM, invoicing and field software, each holding half the picture. Wired together so one job gets entered once.

Follow-up

The quiet ones, chased

Quotes nobody ever answered. Jobs due for their next service. Customers who have gone quiet. All of it handled on a schedule, with nobody having to remember.

03 How a project runs

You approve the shape of it on paper before I write a line of code.

  1. 01A call
    20 minutes

We go through what happens now. What breaks, how often, and what it costs you each time. You have already used the systems, so there is nothing for me to demo.

  2. 02A written spec
    Within 24 hours

Half a page: exactly what fires, when, and what it touches. You read it and approve it before I build anything. Catching a wrong idea at this stage costs you an afternoon.

  3. 03The build
    One to three weeks

Fixed price, agreed from the spec. Half up front, half on delivery. If you want something the spec does not cover, I write it up and quote it before touching anything.

  4. 04A live run-through
    Before it is called done

You drive it yourself against real input, with me on the call. I have shipped code that passed every test it had and still did the wrong thing in production, so this is the step where delivery actually gets decided.

04 What it costs

Fixed price, agreed from the spec. No hourly billing, no open-ended engagements.

$1,500
One integration, or a single-path intake

One thing wired to one other thing, or a straightforward intake that captures, routes and alerts.

$3,000
Multi-step

Intake plus booking plus dispatch or notification. More than one system involved, more than one path through it.

$5,000+
Multi-system or custom logic

Several systems, rules specific to how you work, or an existing setup that has to be worked around.

Three sizes, so you know the scale before we talk. Your actual number comes from your spec, gets agreed before work starts, and holds from there. Maintenance is optional and quoted on its own after delivery.

05 Who this is for

Small service businesses with a website and more inbound than they can answer by hand.

Dentists, vets, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, cleaning, physiotherapy, salons, auto repair. Places where a missed enquiry is a lost job, and where the software has already been bought but never joined up.
