This site

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript, uses no analytics, and loads nothing from any third party. Visiting it collects nothing about you beyond the standard access log my web server keeps: IP address, time, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. Those logs keep the server running and are not used to build a profile of anyone.

If you contact me

When you email or call, I keep your message and contact details so I can reply and, if we work together, do the work. I do not sell contact details, rent them, or add them to any list that anyone else can buy.

If I emailed you first

I send individually researched emails to businesses. Every one carries my postal address and a way to opt out. Reply with "stop", or decline in any words you like, and that address goes onto a permanent suppression list and is never contacted again. That list is append-only, so an opt-out cannot quietly be undone.

The demonstration systems

The intake agent, source-check and the lead-flow demo each publish their own notice covering what they store and for how long. In short: submissions and conversations are short-lived and purged automatically, the lead-flow demo never texts a phone number you type into it, and the public logs are written to be readable without exposing anyone's contact details.
